The data collection technique used is the technique of observing and recording, while the data analysis technique uses a technique consisting of data reduction, then presenting the data and then drawing conclusions. This study uses Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach to examine the micro-dimensions of language, specifically the aspects of cohesion, transitivity, modality, diction, and metaphor used in the debate. A descriptive qualitative method was applied with a focus on one episode of the debate on the iNews YouTube channel, using listening techniques and verbatim transcription. The results reveal that these five micro-linguistic aspects work synergistically in representing and reproducing ideologies that strengthen the position and dominance of power in political discourse. These findings provide a new contribution to the development of CDA, especially in the micro-level of Indonesian politics and emphasize the role of language as a tool of ideological struggle in public debate. The limited focus on one episode and micro-dimension is a limitation of this research, opening up opportunities for further study with a broader context and integration of macro-dimensions. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method, because the main focus is to test the influence or causal relationship between the use of the Discovery Learning model and students' speech writing skills. The subjects of this study were eighth-grade students of Sultan Iskandar Muda Junior High School. Class VIII was selected based on the consideration that at this level students already have basic writing skills, but still require further guidance in composing systematic and communicative speech texts. The study population consisted of 32 students, and the sampling technique used was total sampling, so that all members of the population were used as research samples. The results showed that the application of Discovery Learning (variable X) had a positive and significant influence on students' speech writing skills (variable Y) in the Indonesian Language subject. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a non- equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 80 students divided into two classes, namely the control class (using the blended learning model) and the experimental class (using the YouTube-assisted experiential learning model). Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Data analysis techniques include normality, homogeneity, N-Gain, and t-test tests using SPSS version 30.0. The results showed that the average posttest score of students in the experimental class (86.5) was higher than the control class (73.8). The N-Gain value in the experimental class was 0.72 (quite effective category) while the control class was 0.39 (ineffective category). The results of the t-test showed a significant difference between the two (sig. &lt;0.01). In addition, the results of the questionnaire showed an increase in students' positive perceptions of learning. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through documentation techniques and data analysis using distributional and referential methods. The results show that the most dominant type of code-mixing is inner code mixing, which involves mixing Indonesian vocabulary with Jambi dialect Malay within a single utterance. In addition, outer code mixing was also found, involving the insertion of foreign terms such as shock therapy, viral, and goldlane, as well as hybrid code mixing, which combines all three languages in one comment. Identified code-mixing patterns include Jambi-Indonesia-Jambi, Jambi-Indonesia–Jambi–Indonesia-Jambi,Indonesia-Inggris, and Indonesia–Inggris-Jambi.The factors that contribute to code-mixing include local language habits, cultural and social identity, emotional expression, the influence of social media and digital trends, as well as contextual needs in delivering social criticism or satire. Code-mixing serves not only as a means of communication but also as a medium for conveying moral and educational values, such as responsibility, discipline, legal awareness, and character education indirectly. It is also used as a form of cultural participation and preservation of regional identity in the digital space. However, many students still experience difficulties in writing scientific papers, both in terms of writing structure and linguistic aspects. This study aims to describe the scientific writing skills of grade XI vocational students at MAN 2 Banyumas in the 2024/2025 academic year based on the writing structure (beginning, main/content section, and ending section) and linguistic aspects (language variety, spelling, punctuation, cohesion, coherence, and main idea). These two aspects are listed in the learning objectives of scientific work material. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and interviews. The main data were seven student scientific papers in the form of papers. The results of the study indicate that in terms of writing structure, each data indicates that the components in the beginning, core/content, and end are incomplete. Similarly, many linguistic aspects, namely language variety, spelling, punctuation, cohesion and coherence, are still not fulfilled. Only two data have fulfilled the cohesion and coherence. And each data already contains the main idea. Thus, the scientific writing skills of vocational students from the writing structure and linguistic aspects have been fulfilled with an average achievement of 22.45%. Kajian pustaka ini menguraikan berbagai hasil penelitian terdahulu, teori belajar konstruktivisme, teori literasi, serta pendekatan problem based learning (PBL) yang mendasari model literasi berbasis masalah. Hasil telaah pustaka menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran literasi berbasis masalah mampu menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat pembelajaran (student-centered learning) melalui penyajian permasalahan kontekstual yang menantang kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemahaman bacaan. Model ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca, terutama pada aspek memahami makna, menemukan ide pokok, dan menafsirkan informasi, sekaligus mengembangkan kemampuan bernalar kritis melalui aktivitas analisis, evaluasi, dan refleksi terhadap teks. Efektivitas model ini juga dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru dalam merancang skenario pembelajaran berbasis masalah, kemampuan mengelola diskusi kelas, serta dukungan lingkungan belajar yang literat. Secara keseluruhan, literasi berbasis masalah berpotensi menjadi inovasi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka, yang menekankan penguatan kemampuan bernalar kritis dan keterampilan membaca pemahaman sebagai bagian dari kompetensi dasar literasi siswa abad ke-21. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran literasi berbasis masalah dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan membaca dan penalaran kritis siswa kelas 5 SD. Metodologi mixed methods dengan desain quasi-eksperimental pre-post test pada sampel 80 siswa kelas V dari 4 SD Gugus III (purposive sampling, kontrol dan eksperimen), instrumen tes HOTS C4-C6 Bloom (berkomunikasi: presentasi oral, berpikir kritis: analisis solusi), observasi rubrik kolaborasi, angket motivasi, dan wawancara guru. Analisis kuantitatif paired t-test (signifikan p&lt;0.01), N-gain 0.74 (kategori tinggi), efek Cohen's d=1.32; kualitatif tematik triangulasi menunjukkan peningkatan berkomunikasi 38% (dari deskriptif ke persuasif) dan berpikir kritis 42% (analisis-evaluasi solusi adat) post-intervensi 8 minggu. Hasil mengonfirmasi PBL Munya-Munya efektif tingkatkan keterampilan abad 21 melalui relevansi budaya Papua, motivasi intrinsik naik 45%, retensi konsep IPA/sosial 80%, melebihi model konvensional 55%, dengan kelebihan inklusivitas adat dan kekurangan literasi riset awal dimitigasi scaffolding guru. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a library approach. Data sources are folklore and student learning outcomes. The data in this study are quotes that show environmental civilization encompassing; environmental civilization, ecosystem civilization, population civilization in Lembak ethnic folklore. Based on the results of the study, it is known that environmental civilization is a scope occupied by a living creature together with living and non-living things. Not only that, there is also a complex system, consisting of various elements that interact with each other, including humans and other living things, and also includes components of space, objects, power, and conditions that affect life and development between living things. In ecosystem civilization refers to the reciprocal relationship of living things such as plants, animals, soil, water, air, sunlight and microorganisms. In the ecosystem, all these components depend on each other to maintain their survival. In civilization, population refers to a larger group and has certain characteristics that are to be studied and as a collection of individual organisms in a place that have similar characteristics, have the same origin. Based on the results of the implementation of learning in students with the results of student abilities after implementation, students were obtained classically above 96.77% with an average value of 78.19. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research explores students’ perceptions of the challenges they face in writing observation texts, with detailed data collection through direct interaction with the principal, Indonesian language teachers, and students. The findings reveal that students’ difficulties in writing observation texts are primarily related to linguistic aspects and text structure. The contributing factors include the lack of engaging learning models and overly monotonous, teacher-dominated instruction. To overcome these difficulties, teachers applied several strategies, such as providing contextual text examples and step-by-step guidance to understand structure and language, facilitating direct observation with supervision and written feedback, and implementing scaffolding techniques through object selection, outlining, drafting, and intensive revision support. Teachers also utilized visual media and technology to concretize object understanding, encouraged collaborative group discussions to foster idea exchange and strengthen comprehension of text structure, and provided personalized and constructive feedback to improve students’ writing. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya kemampuan berbicara siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya penerapan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes lisan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji <em>Paired Sample t-Test</em>. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest. Rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 71,94 meningkat menjadi 87,71 setelah perlakuan. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (&lt; 0,05) mengindikasikan bahwa metode diskusi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa. Oleh karena itu, metode diskusi dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara.
