Hamlik (1986) suggests that the use of instructional media in the teaching and learning process can increase new desires and interests, increase motivation and stimulation of learning activities, and even bring psychological effects to students. Utilization of used goods and simple equipment as a medium of learning is not something new in the world of education. As is known, waste is a major problem in Indonesia. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2014 shows that Indonesia produces around 187.2 million tons / year of waste and ranks second as the largest waste producer in the world. Waste does not only come from households but also from the automotive environment, for example used oil bottles. Making learning media from used oil bottles aims to arouse creativity and also instill environmental care, so that they will strive to maintain life for the next, besides that it can also grow the entrepreneurial spirit if it can develop its creativity in making learning media. This type of research is quasi-experimental research carried out without a comparison class. The design used in this study was one group pre-test post-test. The population in the study was all class X students of SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau, amounting to 143 students. Samples were taken randomly, obtained class X.MIA 2, which amounted to 36 students as samples. Data collection is done by test technique. The collected data was analyzed using the t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of physics learning in class X of SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau after the Probing Prompting technique were applied were significantly completed. The problem in this study is whether there is a comparison of Student Physics Learning Outcomes Between Cooperative Learning Model Student Tesms Achievement Division (STAD) model and Discussion Method in Class X Model Muara Beliti 1 High School 2018/2019 Academic Year ?. The type of research used is quantitative in the form of experimental research methods conducted by comparing the experimental group I and the experimental group II design of this study pre-test post-test. As a population of all class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Model Muara Beliti Academic Year 2018/2019, which consisted of 236 students consisting of 7 classes. Sampling was done randomly and as a sample of experimental class I class X.IPA.1, and as a class experiment II class X.IPA.2. Data collection is done by test techniques, namely pre-test and post-test. This research method used is quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all students in class VII.1 Pasenan State Middle School 2016/2017 Academic Year. The sample in the study consisted of one class taken randomly by drawn, namely class VII.1, which amounted to 32 students. Data collection techniques using test techniques in the form of essays amount to ten items. With an average pretest score of 43.58 and a posttest mean value of 78.93 so that there is an increase in the value of mastery learning outcomes of 35.35, this data was analyzed using the t-test. The population of this study were all students of class XI and the subject of this study consisted of </em><em>34</em><em> students of class XI IPA </em><em>5</em><em> of State Senior High School </em><em>Tugumulyo</em><em>. Data collection is done by questionnaires, tests, and observations. The overall percentage of teaching material components was </em>79,24% <em>(very good). The percentage of student responses to higher order thinking skills -based teaching materials is </em>76,53% <em>(very good). In addition, from the results of daily test tests, the effectiveness percentage of 88.89% (very good) of students who scored above 70 out of 10 test items.
