Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Article which will submit is free from plagiarism. If article detected plagiarism, automatically it will not be reviewed

Author Guidelines

 

1. Articles written for JEELL include the research results and the results of the study in the field of Teaching education, Linguistics and Literature. The manuscript font format is Times New Roman,

     with size of 12 pts, with 1,5 lines spacing, maximum 15 pages, and submitted online in the website with soft-file in Microsoft Word format.

2. The names of all authors of the article are listed without academic degrees and placed under the title of the article along with the correspondence e-mail , the name and the address of the institution where the research take place. In case of the article which is conducted by team, editor only correspondence with the main author or the author whose names are listed in the first line. Authors are required to include the e-mail address to facilitate communication. Article is written in  English. Title, author's name and its affiliates listed on the first page of the article, followed with abstract consisting of 75-150 words and 3-5 key words. The sequence of the paper is the Title, Author, Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords.

3. The Article is written English essay format, with title of each section of the article, except for the introduction is presented without any section headings. The title of the article is printed in capital letters with centre paragraph formats, and font size of 14 points. The rank is expressed in the title section with different types of letters (all titles sections and sub-sections in bold or bold and italic), and refrain to use of numbers in the title section:

Rank I (CAPITALIZED FONT, BOLD, CENTER)

Rank 2 (Small and Capitalized Font, Bold, Center)

Rank 3 (Small and Capitalized, Bold-Italic, Center)

4. Systematic of  research article are: title; the author's name (without academic degree); abstract (maximum 150 words) that contains the objectives, methods, and research result; keywords; Introduction (without title) which contains the background, a little review of the literature, and research purposes; methods; the results; discussion; conclusions and suggestions; references (contain the references of the source).

5. Systematics of the reviewed article are: title; the author's name (without academic degree); abstract (maximum 100 words); keywords; Introduction (without title) which contains background and objectives or scope of the writing; main topics (can be divided into several sub-sections); conclusions; references (contain the references of the source).

6. References should be issued not more than last 10 years from the current year. References should be or preferably taken from research reports (including undergraduate thesis, thesis, & dissertation) or research articles in journals and scientific magazines.

7. Citation and Reference are written according to the APA (American Psychological Association) 6th edition style. The references shall be ordered based on alphabetical and chronological order. Authors is recommended to use reference management software, in writing the citations, and references such as MendeleyEnd Note, or Zotero.
