Transformasi Literasi Digital Guru SD Melalui Pendekatan Pelatihan Deep Learning Berbasis Praktik Edukatif

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru-guru Sekolah Dasar melalui pendekatan pelatihan Deep Learning berbasis praktik edukatif di SD Negeri 15 Lubuklinggau. Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada masih rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam pembuatan konten pembelajaran interaktif yang menarik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa abad 21. Pelatihan dirancang menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, hands-on practice, serta pendampingan langsung dalam pembuatan konten digital berbasis deep learning tools seperti pembuatan materi interaktif, video pembelajaran, dan simulasi sederhana. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan melibatkan 20 guru SD Negeri 15 Lubuklinggau sebagai peserta. Kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan skor evaluasi rata-rata sebesar 78% dibandingkan dengan sebelum pelatihan. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mampu menghasilkan produk pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat langsung diterapkan di kelas. Pelatihan Deep Learning berbasis praktik edukatif efektif dalam mentransformasi literasi digital guru sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital tenaga pendidik di era pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.
