PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN PROJEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA PADA KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN GURU-GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KABUPATEN BANJAR-KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract

The free learning curriculum which was just launched by the central government will be implemented in 2021. Until now, there are still many schools in the process of adapting the curriculum. Therefore, contributions from many parties, including academics, are needed to help disseminate the curriculum through coaching to schools. The objectives of this training activity are 1) Explaining changes/adjustments to the curriculum to improve the quality of education in the context of an education unit. 2) Explain the important reasons the curriculum needs to be adapted in each education unit. 3) Principals and teachers can modify the teaching module of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, according to the goals, needs, and school context. 4) Principals and teachers can independently design projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and apply them to elementary school students. The method was carried out online for 2 days, with 2 main materials presented, namely the introduction of a new paradigm of the independent learning curriculum and the strengthening of the Pancasila student project. The results of this activity are in the form of increasing teacher competence to develop plans for strengthening the Pancasila student profile project.
